Carillion plc: PDMR Shareholding
Carillion plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
1. Executive Share Option Scheme
Richard Tapp, Company Secretary, exercised the Executive Share Options detailed below on 31 March 2010 (the "Option Exercise").
Mr Tapp sold (including for tax and national insurance (NI) purposes) the 191,047 Shares resulting from the Option Exercise on 31 March 2010 at a price of £3.246061 per Share.
