New Directorship Held in Another Publicly Quoted Company
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Philip Rogerson, Company Chairman and Chairman of the Nominations Committee, will join the Board of Bunzl plc, the international distribution and outsourcing Group, as Chairman designate on 1 January 2010 and will become Chairman with effect from 1 March 2010.
In order to take up this appointment, Mr. Rogerson will retire from his present positions as Chairman of Northgate plc on 31 December 2009 and non-executive director of Davis Service Group plc on 28 February 2010. Mr Rogerson will remain as Chairman of Carillion plc and Aggreko plc.
