Carillion completes sale of its environmental consultancy business, Enviros
Carillion has completed the sale of its non-core environmental consultancy business, Enviros, to engineering, sciences and project delivery firm, Sinclair Knight Merz.
The sale generated net cash proceeds of £26.8 million, in line with the announcement made by Carillion on 12 October 2009.
