Notification of Board Changes and Directors' Details
Carillion is pleased to announce the following changes to Board responsibilities.
With effect from 2 February 2010, responsibility for Group health and safety has transferred from John McDonough, Group Chief Executive, to Richard Howson, Executive Director.
Don Kenny, Executive Director, has assumed responsibility for the Group's Sustainability programme.
These appointments support the Group's commitment to sector leadership in both health and safety and sustainability.
