Middlesex University

The design and build of a new research and teaching facility at Middlesex University’s busiest campus in Hendon, North London.

The new three storey building will provide over 5,000 square metres of valuable floor space to accommodate specialist laboratory provision for Health and Social Science, Computer Science, lecture theatres and generic teaching seminar rooms. Technical support, specialist academic support and lab related research offices will also be provided within the new building.

Middlesex University

The new building, which is sited on a constrained and busy live campus, will be one of the first in the country to benefit from the installation of a sustainable Ground Source Heat pump. Many other value engineering initiatives have been applied on this scheme to ensure that Middlesex University receives their building on time and to their utmost satisfaction.

The new building is due for completion in time for the start of the 2008-09 academic year.
