Carillion has played an instrumental role in establishing the Birmingham and Solihull LIFT, which is one of the largest in the country.

We have a long term commitment to supporting the LIFTCo in providing improved primary and community care facilities in Birmingham through our delivery of maintenance services. Our team of mobile engineers are maintaining and supporting an ever increasing number of new facilities. The workload is coordinated and progress monitored through Carillion’s National Service Centre, which provides 24-hour cover.

In addition to maintaining new facilities we have supported the PCTs in delivering minor works to address backlog maintenance in existing facilities.
